Fundraising 2024/2025 Season

Hello DMHA Families,

Welcome back to hockey! We are very excited to be back on the ice!

This season DMHA has changed our mandatory fundraising fee from $150 per player to $150 per family. We will be offering 2 fundraisers that will be completed before Christmas so our families can enjoy the hockey season.

We will kick off this hockey season with a Welcome Back 50/50 Raffle. The raffle will run from September 9th until October 11th. Each family will be listed in the 50/50 raffle in a drop down box and all sales will be tracked accordingly.

The breakdown for ticket sales will be as follows. 50% of individual ticket sales will go into the main draw. 40% of individual ticket sales will go towards your fundraising fee and 10% of individual ticket sales towards Raffle Box fees (For example, if you sell $300 worth of tickets:  $150 goes towards the main draw, $120 towards recouping your fundraising fee and $30 towards Raffle Box fees.) Furthermore, in order to earn back your full $150 fundraising fee you will need to sell $375 worth of tickets.

Additionally, a friendly reminder the MAXIMUM you can earn back towards your fundraising fee is $150. Therefore any additional sales over your initial fundraising fee will go back to Devon Minor Hockey Association. (For example, if you sell $400 worth of tickets $200 goes towards the main draw, $150 to your fundraising fee, $40 to Raffle Box fees, and $10 to Devon Minor Hockey Association )
