1) V.I.P. Food Services

This is a personal fundraiser for those who want to recoup some, or all, of the Mandatory Fundraising Fee ($150) included as part of DMHA’s Registration fees.  This fundraiser is optional and no one is required to participate. All profits from items sold will go back to the seller; however, anything earned over $150 will go to DMHA as a donation.

This year’s fundraiser is with V.I.P. Food Services,  who have provided us with a selection of their most popular products to sell.  This includes a variety of sausages, wings, bacon (!!) perogies and appies.  V.I.P. Food Services works with various hockey associations on their fundraising goals, such as Sherwood Park Minor Hockey, Red Deer Minor Hockey, Sauce Hockey Academy, Team Alberta Spring Hockey, etc. As samples of the product are difficult to offer, their products are 100% guaranteed, which means if anyone is ever unhappy with anything, V.I.P. Food Services will look after it immediately.

I’ve included a Sales Form that lists each product and their retail price; this form is used to collect your orders and money. There is also a Tally Sheet, which lists the purchase cost of the product and helps you determine how much profit you will make on each item. You make back your fundraising fee based on the profits NOT on the retail price.   The Tally Sheet is filled out, once sales are completed and you are ready to submit your order; this will tell you how much is owed to DMHA to purchase the product.

For example:  Buffalo Sausage: retail price is $13.00 (shown on the sales form), the cost price is $9.00 (shown on the tally sheet), therefore every ring sold will provide the seller with $4 profit towards recovering their fundraising fees.

To submit your order: complete the Tally Sheet and have either cash, cheque (made out to DMHA) or etransfer ready to cover the cost of your sold items.  All orders must be submitted by November 2nd.

Please text or email me (780-886-8417) with your name, and when you can meet to hand in your Tally Sheet. Delivery will be on November 8th; exact details as to where to pick up the product will be provided as when orders are submitted.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
